Very nice fan art, it sticks to the original source while showing your own talent.
I like how the subject's bright color makes him stand out from the dark background. In other words, nice choice in color scheme.

I enjoy the pixle art. It's even shaded well, with pixels!
I like the fact that, even with a very limited medium, it's very complex and dimensional.
