The only constructive criticism I could give is that the background could have been a bit better looking if you used a slightly smaller brush size for the scribbles..

I kind of expect this to be on the cover of an old '90s Nintendo game about a window cleaner.
This piece would be better if there were more graffiti references to it, other than that, I like it!

Very nice fan art, it sticks to the original source while showing your own talent.
I like how the subject's bright color makes him stand out from the dark background. In other words, nice choice in color scheme.
